Party House Rentals

PLEASE NOTE:  All fees and deposits must be paid at the time the reservation is booked.  Your reservation is not confirmed until the rental has been paid in full.

• Party house rental fees are $110 per day.
• Rental times are 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Midnight
• $200 Security Deposit is Required (to be paid when key is picked up)
• Rental Fee is due within one week of making reservation.
• Additional Charges - $25 Lost Key Charge
• $25 Late Key Pick-Up and $5 Late Key Return per day
